Pure Genius S01E03 Recap

SOME SPOILERS AHEAD.

James needs to stop going over the doctors and telling patients that they will do something that the doctors already dismissed or never proposed. I hope that’s not something he keeps doing throughout the show because three episodes in its already strarting to get annoying. I’m surprised no one called him out on it this week.

There needs to be, at some point, an episode in which they cannot do anything to save a patient no matter how hard they try. It will humble James a great deal – hopefully – and it will aid in the audience’s suspension of disbelief by not painting them as omnipotent.

But it’s only been three episodes so it’s not yet necessary for them to lose someone.

d529e062-2575-4114-9e0b-acb4688b23e0-583-0000009e342c6978_tmpI am very curious about how accurate the science in this show is and how feasible these technologies they use are. Because I don’t buy their inability to 3D print a fully functioning, viable liver last week when James literally coded someone’s brain.

Again, I know nothing of medical science and technology, so I can’t judge how plausible this is. But still, it feels like if they could code a brain they should have been able to 3D print a liver.

I feel very sorry for James and his Dr. Brockett situation. He is so in love with her and just can’t tell her and now he has to watch her fall for someone else. Maybe at some point – when it’s too late perhaps – he’ll make his grand declaration in a moment of high emotional tension or stress like most on-screen characters do.

No random thoughts this week.

How to Get Away With Murder S03E08 Recap

SOME SPOILERS AHEAD.

I still think that Frank is the body under the sheet and this episodes makes me think that even more.

420f7aaf-6446-411b-ba7d-de26308efc9f-583-000000915e8f7ade_tmpI’m surprised by the direction his character went in this week. I knew he felt terrible about what he did to Annalise, and was trying his hardest to repent and “fix it” as he said, but I never suspected he would go so far as to kill himself for her.

I’m also surprised, yet still not, that Annalise encouraged him to shoot himself so fervently. I think she ultimately doesn’t mean it and doesn’t truly want him dead; given what she said to him, I think the revelation that he had a hand in the death of her son hurts all the more because she loves him and because he lied to her about it.

As Bonnie said, she wouldn’t survive it (and of course they flashed forward to her reaction upon seeing the body; but this show being this show, she may have been pretending to be devastated) and I think Frank knows that.

I think him killing himself may not be how he ends up dead. But as far as I’m concerned at this point, his goose is cooked.

This week’s case was Wes’. It wasn’t all that exciting. They got the charges against Charles Mahoney to stick and that was about it.

000ac0a3-4e4a-4553-bc90-265ebae0537a-583-000000952a15bcb8_tmpThe best/worst part of it was Meggie walking in on Wes and Laurel getting all lovey-dovey in the hospital waiting room. They knew they were where she works. You’d think they’d be a little more discreet. But the fact that they weren’t seems to indicate that they didn’t care.

The disintegration of Conniver continues. And just when things were looking up!

It kind of looked like, for a bit, that Oliver may have just wanted Connor for sex and not to get back together. But despite what Connor said about being able to separate love and sex, I don’t think he would be able to with Oliver.

There is some truth to Oliver’s statement that Connor uses him as a security blanket when things get bad with Annalise. In the past at least. I don’t believe that’s true now. I believe that Connor genuinely loves him.

I love seeing Annalise help President Hargrove and encouraging her to fight harder for her children. The two of them got off to a very rough start and I like seeing them work well together. Her confession in AA truly struck a chord with Annalise it seems.

Random thoughts:

  1. Geez! I really feel sorry for Frank.
  2. Asher’s reaction to Frank no longer having a beard was hilarious.
  3. Annalise smelling the wine was funny.
  4. I’m just as surprised as you are Laurel.
  5. Nate wasn’t shirtless in this episode.

Karma Drone Recall

0

The bad news affecting GoPro Inc. lately seems to not be letting up any time soon after it announced a few days ago it will be recalling its new Karma drone. The drone was the first one of its kind released by the company back on October 23rd of this year; so it has only been on the market for a few weeks. It has been estimated by GoPro that it has sold around 2,500 of the drones to date, and the recall will affect all of them.

The recall was issued because of a numbers of reports that came in about the drones reportedly “lost power during operation” for unknown reasons. GoPro was quick to point out that no injuries or damages to property have been reported because of this issues- though it is currently unknown how much of the 2,500 drones are affected.

In a statement by Founder and CEO of GoPro, Nicholas Woodman, it was stated:

“Safety is our top priority…We are working in close coordination with both the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Federal Aviation Administration. We are very sorry to have inconvenienced our customers and we are taking every step to make the return and refund process as easy as possible.”

Subsequently because of this recall, GoPro has set up a website with instructions on how to return the Karma drone, and answer all frequently asked questions about said recall.

Our first scene of this episode goes to a large luxury liner. Two Guild Members Nathaniel H. and Margaret M. are arguing about workload when an underling presents them with a letter discovered in the cargo. This letter addressed to them from Mori (Port Mafia Boss) and he tells them that he is going obliterate three things, those being the ship they are currently on and the lives of the two Guild members. Margaret thinks it’s a prank but Nathaniel wastes no time in making sure the men speed up the unloading of the cargo so that they can strengthen the security of the ship and depart without incident. Nathaniel explains to Margaret that because they don’t have a base on land, the ship is serving as their front-line base. Furthermore, they are at their most vulnerable state as they are replenishing supplies so any surprise attacks would be ideal if the enemy wanted to sink the ship. The underlings then let Nathaniel know that they caught someone suspicious on the pier.

bstraydogss02e06-2

When they present him to the Guild, Nathaniel recognizes him as the Port Mafia Bomber with a paper bag full of explosive grenades in the form of lemons. He tries to play it off but Nathaniel uses his ability to attack him and then throws one of the grenades in his direction, letting off an explosion. They think all is said and done when a helicopter flies over to lower a container of supplies, but the Port Mafia Bomber’s ability allows him to remain unhurt by any of his own explosives and to add insult to injury, the container that the helicopter is carrying is packed with those same lemon shaped bombs. The bombs drop onto the ship and engulf it in a sea of fire and explosions.

bstraydogss02e06-3

With the ship exploding, Nathaniel orders everyone to evacuate the ship and then says they will await their enemy at the pier as they have greater numbers. However, Mori already planned ahead for that, and sent in Akutagawa who was able to take nearly everyone out with one use of his ability. As the only one with some form of strength left, Nathaniel battles Akutagawa, the two notice the similarities of their abilities and then both decide that the ability with the most potential is the one that will win.

bstraydogss02e06-4

Both men fully activate their abilities but Akutagawa gets the first strike with his Rashoumon. However, this was a trap for Nathaniel to utilize the blood on Akutagawa’s coat to create a a scroll of writing which then tightly binds him. Nathaniel lectures Akutagawa on his lack of experience from only fighting those much weaker than himself. Margaret regains consciousness and activates her ability while yelling that because he has never known defeat or humiliation , is why she absolutely refuses to lose to Akutagawa. Little did she know about Akutagawa’s past and this angers him as he sends Rashoumon right through her body ten times over

.bstraydogss02e06-5

He goes to attack Nathaniel when something occurs within his body and he coughs up a bunch of blood. Nathaniel who is now showing a little concern, then asks Akutagawa why is he is going to such lengths in his condition. Akutagawa tells him about his purpose of forever being cursed to walk the darkness and overcoming defeats like no one else to be acknowledged by someone (Dazai) and he demands that Nathaniel fight him at full strength.

2016-11-11-16

Nathaniel agrees to this and the battle resumes. Nathaniel launches two beams at him and while Akutagawa successfully shields himself from the first one, he isn’t so lucky when he attempts to deflect a second one and the remaining pieces of the scarlet letter break through and pierce his body. Akutagawa uses the same deflect strand to launch an impromptu attack on Nathaniel’s neck. It doesn’t decapitate him, but it does incite a large wound and causes a lot of blood to spray out of the ministers’ neck.

bstraydogss02e06-6bstraydogss02e06-7

Nathaniel seems rather entertained by this and goes for a larger scale attack, which Akutagawa doesn’t how to approach until he remembers the smug expression that Dazai had on his face in Season 1 when he allowed himself to be captured by the Port Mafia as a way of gaining information. This incites even more rage in Akutagawa, causing to unleash Rashomon: Jaws of Endless Gates where several Rashomon Jaws are materialized by Akutagawa to deal a devastating attack. As the attack closes in on Nathaniel, he discovers that Margaret has jumped in front of the attack saving his life. As they crash into the debris, Akutagawa recalls what Atsushi said to him while he was fighting him in Season 1 trying to save Kyouka. He then collapses from exhaustion, bringing this scene to a close for now.

bstraydogss02e06-14

We switch over to the members of the Agency who are are in their secondary shelter. As they sit in absolute boredom, Ranpo suddenly notices movement on the security cameras. He tells President Fukuzawa that they should have the offensive team and when Fukuzawa asks how many are attacking, Ranpo tell him that is just one, that person being Port Mafia executive Chuya Nakahara.

bstraydogss02e06-8

Meanwhile, Naomi is at the Agency’s alternative office with clerk Haruno Kirako. Trying to hide the fact that she was looking at pictures of her cat, Haruno brings up a multitude of windows, the final being a news article on the explosion that occurred on the Guild’s ship and the two further examine it. When Haruno reckons that the bomber is headed for the Agency, Naomi worries about her brother,. When Haruno assures her that he’ll be fine Naomi notes that of he will be, because Haruno’s cat is.

bstraydogss02e06-9

Back to the underground area with the Agency members, Nakahara becomes dissatisfied with the pathetic challenge of all the traps as he destroys them. When he requests that the Agency send him a real person, they send out Doctor Yosano and Kenji. When Yosano points out that she knows that Nakahara isn’t there to simply raise hell, he presents a picture of John Steinbeck and H.P Lovecraft. The Mafia has apparently baited them and gives President Fukuhara a location as well as an arrival time for when and where they’re expected to appear. While President Fukuhara considers the tempting offer, Yosano and Kenji take it upon themselves to attack Nakahara. Kenji uproots a steel beam from the train track and hurls it in Nakahara’s direction, but he dodges and kicks Kenji into the wall. When Yosano goes to attack him, Nakahara ends up using his ability of Gravity Manipulation, which allows her to identify who he is. Kenji is more impressed than he actually should be, but before the battle can continue, President Fukuhara announces that he is ready to give his answer.

bstraydogss02e06-10bstraydogss02e06-12

Fukuhara says that while the Agency could use the opportunity to take out the Guild, the Port Mafia could sit back and watch the two companies destroy each other. If they go by Mori’s recommendation, the Agency has nothing to lose, but Fukuhara is still suspicious of these actions and demands to know what Nakahara isn’t telling them as well as the Port Mafia’s plan, while he signals to Ranpo to put on his glasses to activate his ‘ability’ Special Deduction. When Nakahara says that the Port Mafia doesn’t plan to do anything, Ranpo deducts that the Guild is knowingly heading into the trap as the bait is so appealing. When he asks what the Mafia used as bait, they find out that it is the Agency’s office staff. Nakahara says that the Guild doesn’t know that the Agency is aware of their actions and that they can still rescue the women from being abducted. When Ranpo confirms that what he says is in fact, the truth, President Fukuhara issues an order to tell the staff to evacuate the premises and to be put in contact with Kunikida as they are the closest to the office location. That’s all for this week, see you next time!

Kaetan desu! (*≧▽≦)

The main cast of the anime are at the early-screening event for the first episode. Kuzu is giving everyone a pep talk when he discovers that the author has not shown up to the screening, and his editor says that it is because he has to work on a manuscript. Koto and Yae express their nervousness on singing the TV version of the anime, but Chitose shrugs it off saying she isn’t nervous and she practiced the full version of the song till late last night. Chitose is trying to make herself look as though she is better than the others, by trying to assure them that it’s kay if they mess up snce it isn’t being recorded live, but Kuzuha lets her know that staying up at late hours before of an event isn’t what any self aware professional would do. Momoka backs her up by saying that the song isn’t even difficult to learn.

2016-11-03

Kuzu gets a phone call and calls Gojo outside to give him some breaking news. First of all, the actresses will need to sing the full version of the song as the event has suddenly gained some extra stage time and secondly, the episode hasn’t been completed in time for the event. Kuzu says they’ll just throw together what was already completed along with scenes from the PV and they’ll have the episode ready in time for the actual broadcast. The event is also going to end up being broadcast live. (Oh dear) Gojo expresses his concerns about how the audience will react, but Kuzu says they’ll be too hyped up by the presence of the seiyuu to notice.

2016-11-03-1

Yae and Koto express their discontent with doing the full version             of the song since they only learnt the TV version as instructed. Although Kuzuha and Momoka let them know that being able to sing it is part of the job, the two girls are reluctant, until Chitose says she’ll back them up in the parts they aren’t familiar with.

2016-11-03-52016-11-03-72016-11-03-11

While the event begins, Kuzu meets the editor in the hallway and apologizes for the non-completion of the episode for the event. The editor says that it doesn’t matter because he expected it. He then proceeds to ask about progression of the storyboards so that the author’s side can do their checks, but Kuzu is clearly procrastinating and trying to stall for time. Back to the event, the audience members have picked up on the lack of the first episode. Some of them start to get worked up when Chitose works with the other girls to divert their attention to their singing of opening song, which somehow works. The event is over and Yae and Koto thank Chitose for backing them up. Kuzu comes and showers Chitose with compliments and then excuses himself and Gojo. He tells Gojo that because it was so well received, that they should do a live stream every month at the after-recording sessions so they can hype the series up even more. With a dejected look on his face, Gojo says he’ll check about readjusting the schedules for the girls.

2016-11-03-102016-11-03-8

Chitose is scrolling through all the tweets from the event and has filtered it down to posts with her name as a hashtag. Koto comes up to her and asks her and Yae to hang out the day of the first episode’s release. When Yae tells her that they’re going to watch it at Koto’s house while live-tweeting, Chitose gets excited and accepts their invitation. While Kuzuha and Momoka leave, they have another discussion on Kuzuha”s dissatisfaction with how things are going. Momoka says that what the team wants from them and maybe that’s why the author didn’t show up.

2016-11-03-12

Chitose lets Gojo know that she is leaving home for the night. She meets up with Koto and Yae at a Tanabata festival being held at a shrine and the three have a good time and write their wishes onto the bamboo. Two of them make wishes with the anime adaption in mind, but alas Chitose is thinking selfish thoughts, yet again. She says that she wished for the same thing as them, but it was totally untrue. The group arrives at Koto’s house and Chitose tries to make it seem as thought Koto is not a tidy person but that is not the case. We then find out that Chitose herself isn’t tidy and Gojo is always running around picking up after her.

2016-11-03-132016-11-03-152016-11-03-14

The others then see that Chitose replies to all of her fans comments, which she tries to be humble about, but she is actually just trying to surpass another seiyuu on Twitter who has twice as many followers as herself. We move over to the publishing office where the editor of the light novel is reminded of the screening of the first episode of the series. He says he saw it but it wasn’t that big of a deal. As the broadcast begins and the girls settle down to watch it, they are surprised by the outcome in a bad way. Koto is expressing her disappointment on the episode. Yae tries to make it seem as though the team tried their best, but she then looks in the corner to see Chitose engrossed in her Twitter stats. See you next time!

Honey Jam Barbados 2016 Is A ‘Roaring’ Success

honey-jam-2016-1The annual, all female, Honey Jam Barbados concert took place on November 5th at the Frank Collymore Hall. Established by Barbadian-Canadian Ebonnie Rowe in 2011, Honey Jam is more than just a talent showcase; it is a boot camp for aspiring female singers, in which they receive mentorship from persons in the music industry and attend educational workshops.

And all of that hard work really pays off.

I was blown away by how incredibly talented these young women are. Not to say that I expected any of them to be bad. Simply that I was genuinely impressed by the talent that was on display. Every single one of them gave an amazing performance. Each song had an empowering message and the offerings ranged from slow and mellow numbers to ones that were fast paced, upbeat and made you want to dance.

And dance the audience did.

honey-jam-2016-4Despite and announcement at the start of the event that no flash photography was allowed, the MC of the night – Caroline Reid – encouraged the audience to take out their phones and take as many photos and videos as they pleased. The audience was actively involved in the event; they shouted, they cheered, they danced, they laughed, they hooted and hollered. They were a part of the proceedings.

Even though the show did not sell out, there was still a lively atmosphere. The audience was very enthusiastic and I imagine that the performers that night greatly appreciated said enthusiasm.

From the audience perspective of things the concert ran smoothly. It started on time and there were no hiccups.

The concert did not feel as long as it was. For an event that was two and a half hours long it felt more like one and that is a very good thing; it did not feel like it dragged on. That is how enjoyable and engaging it was. These young women are such gifted performers that they can hold your attention so securely that you lose track of time.

honey-jam-2016-3At the end of the night the performers, Reid and Rowe gathered on stage in a group hug. It was palpable how much all of the participants loved and cared for each other. It was a beautiful way to end the night, especially for an event that focuses on empowering women.

Honey Jam Barbados 2016 was marvelous.

Samsung Galaxy S8 rumors start to surface

0

New reports out of South Korea has revealed some interesting specifications about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S8. The report says that the S8 will sport a surprising 5.7-inch and 6.2-inch screens. This is clearly in response to the whole Note7 fiasco, in which their flagship device was apparently prone to catching fire. To appease the users of the note who were disappointed in that revelation, Samsung seems to be trying to spec out the new Galaxy S phone. It is important to know that the report goes on to say that the physical size of the phone will remain unchanged- instead the device will take on a bezel-less design, that will also eat up the home button.

This is all good notes for those who were interested in the S8, however will these new revelations interested potential buyers into purchasing new Samsung devices, or will they have to do more to regain the trust of consumers after the Note7 incident.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 is rumoured to be launched in march with many of the features found on the now cancelled Note7.

Once Upon a Time S06E07 Recap

SOME SPOILERS AHEAD.

ouat-s06e07We flashed back, yet again, to Snow and Charming’s past in the Enchanted Forest. This time, we got to see their true first meeting. What we thought was their meet cute, really wasn’t. Charming – before he was the prince – saved her from the Wood Cutter but never actually saw her face. However, it was enough to spark true love between the two. A spark which created this week’s mcguffin.

The level of retconning in this show has gotten beyond ridiculous. The timeline of events that took place in the Enchanted Forest has become so convoluted I’m pretty sure that too many things have happened for all of those events to realistic take place within that time period. I’m pretty sure the writers themselves don’t even know what the timeline is anymore. Just last week they didn’t even bother to set Killian’s flashback at a specific time.

It would be interesting if the writers began setting the flashbacks in Storybrook during the time of the curse.

ouat-s06e07_1Why does the Evil Queen’s plan keep changing? Does she actually have a goal or plan? Or are the writers having her change her mind willy-nilly every week in order to extended the plot to the mid-season finale? What happened to going after Regina? Weren’t the two supposed to face off? That was the one thing to look forward to this season. The Evil Queen doesn’t even give Regina the time of day.

First she wanted to blacken Regina’s heart. Then she wanted to split apart Team Good. Then she wanted to take Snow White’s heart. And now she wants to make Snow White suffer pain and loneliness.

It would be nice if the Evil Queen stuck to one goal.

That being said. I loved what she did to Snow and Charming in this episode. It was evil. It was nefarious. It was dastardly. It was everything. It was brilliant! Modifying the sleeping curse so that one of them can only be awake if the other is sleeping was genius. She finally did something this season worth cheering.

ouat-s06e07_2I expected more of a reaction out of Belle upon hearing about Rumple/The Evil Queen (no one asked for that Kitsis and Horowitz!). She really, truly, is completely done with their marriage and does not care about him at all. I think her calling him too weak to be good is entirely accurate. I expected her to call him a coward – that would have been the ultimate insult and just as true – but weak is close enough.

I do have a soft spot for Rumple, so seeing him so hurt by her comment afterward made me feel sorry for him. But I think we’re all tired of him and his manipulative ways.

That and the Evil Queen’s revenge on the Charmings were two of the few and far between awesome moments this season though. These episodes are starting to feel a lot like filler. We do have our mid-season end goal but it feels like the show hasn’t been working toward getting there for a while. It seems like the show is taking unnecessary side trips.

I get that it’s a twenty-plus episode show. But with a mid-season finale it’s more like one season consisting of two story arcs that are ten to thirteen episodes in length. Ten to thirteen episodes is a short enough period of time to focus on and wrap up a story without having to add filler, or at least not much of it. The show feels like it’s taking it’s cool time going nowhere fast.

Random thoughts:

  1. Come on Snow, of course The Evil Queen knows Regina put a spell on you and planned for that.
  2. How fast can Belle read?
  3. I am so glad that they are as grossed out by Rumple/The Evil Queen as I am.
  4. You could make yourself a little harder to manipulate, Zelena.
  5. Dang Belle!

Adobe showcases Photoshop for Audio

0

After dominating the photo editing arena for years, Adobe Systems Incorporated has decided to venture into another sector to work their photoshop magic. Last week during the Adobe MAX 2016 event, VoCo was revealed- This is a program that allows you to edit recorded speech, so that you can alter what that person said, or create an entirely new sentence from their voice.

So how does it work? VoCo takes in a large amount of voice data (20 whole minutes worth) breaking it down into phonemes. From these phonemes the program creates a voice model of the speaker- which will probably include cadence, quirks and similar speech patterns. Now when editing someone’s speech, VoCo can either find that word somewhere within the 20-minute clip; or if the word hasn’t been uttered, it is constructed out of raw phonemes.

This is a great leap in technology for audio engineers and others who deal with audio for a living- correcting productions that have audio errors and such like in post has always been a pain. The only thing that worries me is what exactly will happen when underhanded persons get their fingers on this software and decide to target the innocent.

The Innocent

0

Author: David Baldacci

Release date: April 17, 2012

Genre: Spy espionage thriller

Publisher: Grand Central Publishing

Summary:America has enemies–ruthless people that the police, the FBI, even the military can’t stop. That’s when the U.S. government calls on Will Robie, a stone cold hitman who never questions orders and always nails his target.
But Will Robie may have just made the first–and last–mistake of his career . . .
THE INNOCENT
It begins with a hit gone wrong. Robie is dispatched to eliminate a target unusually close to home in Washington, D.C. But something about this mission doesn’t seem right to Robie, and he does the unthinkable. He refuses to kill. Now, Robie becomes a target himself and must escape from his own people.
Fleeing the scene, Robie crosses paths with a wayward teenage girl, a fourteen-year-old runaway from a foster home. But she isn’t an ordinary runaway-her parents were murdered, and her own life is in danger. Against all of his professional habits, Robie rescues her and finds he can’t walk away. He needs to help her.
Even worse, the more Robie learns about the girl, the more he’s convinced she is at the center of a vast cover-up, one that may explain her parents’ deaths and stretch to unimaginable levels of power.
Now, Robie may have to step out of the shadows in order to save this girl’s life . . . and perhaps his own

I tend to appreciate most genres when it comes to my choices in literature: from suspense thrillers to soapy romance novels, in all genres I can find something to grasp my intrigue. There is however, nothing that can beat a good old espionage thriller in my mind- the tense nature of the main characters is always a fun read, so this week I am glad to say I found quite the book for those who also likes such books.

So where shall we begin- Will Robie is a highly trained and top assassin for the United States government. He works for a “three letter” agency that at a drop of a hat, would disavow any knowledge of Robie’s existence should he ever get caught or captured. This of course would never happen, since Will is just too damn good at his job for such a thing. Quickly at the beginning of the novel, it was established that Will is the perfect assassin in, he never fails, never questions orders. Getting the job done is his bottom line and he will kill you if your names come up to be taken out. Even as he is approaching 40 years of age, his skills are still very much intact, but his “code” is tested with his next assignment.

His next hit is not one he expected to receive, instead of it being a warlord in a 3rd world country, it’s an American citizen and Federal employee located close to home in Washington D.C, right where he lives. Not going to spoil it for you, but he refuses to take out the hit, then to his horror, witnesses a second shooter finish the job he was given to do. This of course sends him on the run, into an unlikely ally.

A young girl named Julie witnesses the murder of her parents and is being hunted by their killer. During her escape, she crosses paths with Will, and two unrelated events somehow reveal themselves in the long run to be more entwined than they could ever imagine.

So what works, well for starters, the chemistry between Will and Julie is outstanding. The dialogue between them might not always be thrilling, but it’s always believable. These two people come from truly contrasting backgrounds, but the effort they make in casting aside their difference in order to solve who is trying to kill them and why, was a fantastic piece of spy thriller writing and suspense.

The pacing of it all was great, and never did I once feel bored with the characters or the plotline. The true villain of the piece might not surprise anyone; however the path to get to him (or her) was a great ride. Will and Julie again were well written in this novel, very well fleshed out- what I liked even more about it was that it felt like a complete story, there was no obviously loose ends that they obviously needed sequels for (though they are sequels so that point is moot).

For anyone who enjoys a good spy thriller with great but not perfect main characters, this one is just the one for you! Do however, go into this book knowing it’s full of violence, and people will die, this is not a fairy tale novel, but a fun bloody thriller.
